The service is always amazing here! The people are so friendly and nice. I love it so much! The sleigh ride cookie chiller is great for the fall/​winter time.

I stopped by while shopping to get my iced coffee fix. There were 5 – 6 employees standing around talking. While I was greeted by a friendly cashier, I wondered why none of the staff was emptying the gross, overflowing trash by the condiment bar. They were also out of lids. On a busy day I wouldn’t care but I was the only customer and the staff was plenty. My iced coffee was bitter and I have the suspicion that it is just hot coffee with ice added.

I like stopping in here for a white chocolate caramel latte (with whipped cream, of course!). The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the coffee is divine. The price is reasonable (under five bucks for a large) and they offer a nice selection of sweet treats like cookies and candy, too.

I love the staff here at Gloria Jeans. Theyre all friendly and always greet you with a smile. They brew different varieties of coffee daily and always give you great recommendations on flavors. If you’re in a hurry… they’re guaranteed to get you in and out in a heartbeat. Tis’ the season to try all their holiday flavors. Simply delish. So stop in to get your coffee fix!
