I ordered flowers online through You Flowers for my mom for christmas to be sent to her at the nursing home she is in. I am in Florida Mom is in Ohio. First I paid extra for same day delivery and got an email saying they had been delivered when they had not. Picture online showed greenery shaped as a christmas tree with beautiful red roses, white babies breath, tiny little ornaments and ribbon. A minature christmas tree. Beautiful! NOT what I got. First arrangement looked like a tree, yes, but very little babies breath. NO roses, a couple ornaments. You Flowers wanted to give me 30% off and call it a day. Umm no I want my Mom to have what I ordered. Second arrangement has totally different greenery, looks nothing like a tree. The red and white roses were beautiful (although all red as pictured would have been preferred) but NO BABIES BREATH and omg big hulking gold lights bulbs as ornaments. JD Ballantine tell your help when someone orders something online RE-​CREATE what is pictured. Save the creativity for the walk ins. Its a shame I cant post pictures. My advice is You Flowers and JD Ballantines is a no.

I was so pleased with my flowers at my wedding! The table arrangements were beautiful! The staff worked hard on every detail.

Very nice owner who knows its flowers. I just wanted to have a few flowers to say thank you to two colleagues, he showed me all the flowers he had in stock and showed around his ‘working station’. I decided to go with white and pink flowers and he managed to make something nice out of it. Pretty expensive though, but then again i believe the whole US have expensive flowers/​bouquets.
