I love the discounts. The staff, not so much. Oh for the most part they are great, but I was there today and this lady(young adult) with a uniform on was in the same isle as me. I was obviously looking for some specific item. I tried calling for her help and she walked past me as if I weren’t there at all. I asked if she worked there. My husband tried again, I stopped him. Evidently she was off the clock. I would love to be able to say that the customer service there was great, but I can’t. There are a couple of cashiers that are great. I really like Julie I think her name is.(She has long dark straight hair usually in a low pony) She always smiles and asks if we found everything ok. Very helpful and polite. I would definately look for her checkout line. Oh yeah, and they ONLY accept AMERICANEXPRESS… don’t get caught without one.

This place was sad, I can only assume the fans of this place would be shoppers flown in from Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Togo, Benin, Sierra Leone and Greenland. Crowded — but like 7 people make this matchbox crowded. Checkout lanes, I mean«checkout lames» slower than snails. Curt checkout lames. Manager had his head in the clouds. Then you get to the front and this dump only accepts Discover — SURPRISE! The manager was idiotic, a fool, for putting the worst and newest checkout lame person on the«express» lame for under 20 items. My first grocery store Unilocal ever this place was so bad. I’m not sure one star is fair, maybe one bullet point and not one star.
