This is one of my favorite locations — and some of the best men’s clothing. Though the men’s section is small — they seem to always have a few must have items for me! The pricing is very reasonable and the stuff is looked at well before putting it on the shelves. The staff are always very friendly too!

This place of business doesn’t even deserve one star, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do understand this is a resale shop, I’ve been to other platos before so I expected the same kind of courtesy and good customer service. I was totally wrong, I don’t think that it’s appropriate to try on clothing behind the cash wrap, shopping while on the clock and even ridiculing clothing that they are looking to buy especially if you can hear the associate talking crap on you or the things that had been brought in, this place is a joke. The best was when I had brought in a brand new coach bag and they had offered five dollars and had accused me of it being fake when it clearly had a serial number on the inside to verify it being authentic. To all of you reading this do not go here, take the extra trip to lyndhurst or even strongsville where they actually have manners!
