I went to the parma location. 5500 ridge rd 44129. I scheduled a block of 4appointments for my family. Another family of four came in minutes later. The staff seemed friendly but there was only 4 chairs to sit in in the office so people started sitting on the floor they seen one person of my family than one person in the others family until everyone had gone. they dilated all of our eyes and then started seeing everyone again I asked what was going on I have been there two and a half hours already they looked in the computer and the other family wasn’t supposed to be there for 2 hours after us and had just came in early they shouldn’t have even started seeing them yet and here we were waiting all this time meanwhile other people came in and they started sitting on the floor too finally obviously while this was going on we had plenty of time to pick out our frames when we were ordering our glasses the lady kept mixing up our glasses that went with which papers and which lenses went with what frames and I was very worried are prescriptions were going to be in the other person’s frames. it was absolutely ridiculous! the ladies were very slow and very unorganized I don’t know how any office can run like this I would definitely not recommend I will not be going back

I called over a month to get my daughter glasses and they finally replaced them… The heavy set women there was rude… Didn’t even check to make sure the glasses fit when we went to pick them up… she was more worried about the co-pay…The eye doctor was nice to my daughter but not the staff

After careful research of a reliable optometrist in this area, I found what seemed to be a great company. The office was eager to get me in for an appointment and they were offering coupons on Unilocal that could pay for my out of pocket cost. Never having recieved a follow up reminder call, I got my first call from the office two hours before my appointment. The call from the receptionist stated that I would not be having an appointment this day because the doctor was still celebrating Ramadan and would not be in the office this day. Although the date of my appointment interfered with my schedule, I had no choice but to reschedule because I purchased two Unilocal coupons. The coupons were $ 50 for $ 125 in the office, each. A couple days later I made it into the office for my eye exam and contact fitting. Upon my first moments in the office I was told to be seated and the doctor would be out for me shortly. After waiting ten minutes I began to look at frames rather than spend time doing this later. Boy am I glad I had plenty of time waiting because when it came time for me to find frames, I was practically blind. By request of the doctor, I removed my contacts(that I can’t see without) and my eyes were being dilated. This caused me to lose the ability of sight(near and far) and I was expected to try on frames. no chance. To pay for this visit I purchased two Unilocal certificates that were $ 50 each for a grand total of $ 250 to use in Dr. Hasan’s office. Before purchasing these certificate’s I spoke to two receptionist who gave me two separate answers about using them. One receptionist made a note on my file that I would be using a AAA discount as well as the certificates. Later another receptionist told me the certificates were expired and I would have the wait until my appointment to get the details. Near the end of my appointment I sat down with the assistant to fit glasses and pay for my bill. While my eyes were dilated I was unable to see/read anything. When I pulled out my phone to use the Unilocal certificate I could not see the words on my phone. The male helping me was rude and not understanding of my issue. He told me that my certificates 1) could not be combined with any other offer 2) could not be combined together 3) could only be used on frames. Upon purchasing these certificates, I was expecting to use them for the total on my entire bill and was never aware of the stipulations I was told at the checkout counter. When I attempted to explain these concerns to the man at the counter, I was put down and my ideas were rejected. I had no choice but to agree to his terms and conditions of what the certificate meant. With a pair of $ 150 frames, an eye exam, and contact fitting-I paid $ 300(with one certificate discount-$ 125) for something I expected to be nearly covered. If I would have known I would be spending $ 300 over my budget, I would not have chosen this optometrist.

Even with my horrible eyes, I left with sweet trendy frames(& lenses) for only $ 100 !! I was just going to get contacts, but I scored both! I’m so happy! Very helpful staff in selection too I’m so glad I found my fave Dr. again at his new spot!
