I would have to agree we Emil. Union Capital Mortgage went above and beyond for me. With Ron’s experience and expert knowledge of mortgage products he was able to lay out many great options for me and we picked the perfect product for my situation. He and his team always made them selves available to me even after hours. In my opinion it doesn’t sound like Jennifer even met Ron. As well every employee at union capital professional and knowledgable during the whole process to make my purchase extremely smooth and quick. I was even able to find a home that was for sale by owner and save my self the realty admin fee that so many of my friends have been hit with while purchasing their homes. (Howard Hanna will hit you anywhere from $ 225 to $ 500 after already getting there commission. Come on) Long story short if your looking for a locally owned experienced lender who doesn’t just see you as another number Union Capital is where you want to go!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I was referred to them, or rather their owner, Ron specifically by a loan agent from another company who was unable to process my loan. At that point time was really short, and from what I’ve read it’s nearly impossible to close on a house in that short of a period. Ron made a point of taking care of my case and set me up with a great mortgage at a great rate. What’s more, he spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood the stipulations of my loan so that I could get the most out of it. Probably the best customer experience I’ve had with a financial product, I will definitely use them again should the opportunity arise and recommend them to all my friends.
