Access Dental Centers

I love this office! My family saw Dr. Laparra and he and the rest of his staff, including the front office staff, are truly amazing. My daughter needed cavities filled and since she is only 6 I was really worried about how she’d handle it– but the staff kept her calm and the dentist was excellent. My whole family did our cleanings etc there and we each got a really nice Oral B electric toothbrush (expensive kind), toothpaste, and mouthwash. You can tell the office really cares about their clients and wants to make sure they are taken care of properly. I’ve had really bad experiences with dentists in the past– I’m really happy I found one that can change my mind about going to the dentist now.

Access was my first visit to a dentist in over 15 years so I was wary about multiple visits, wait times, etc. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I waited just. a few minutes to be seen after filing out new patient forms. I needed a root canal that was done on the spot. The staff were all very courteous and professional and the insurance was no problem. I highly reccomend this office.

I’ve been here for a check up/​cleaning and more recently, two wisdom teeth extractions. Staff have been kind, clear about insurance matters, and friendly. I have not had to wait more than 20 minutes to get called — and that’s because I got there 20 minutes early. I have seen Dr. LaParra for both visits and have had no complaints. His easy-​going and relaxed attitude is different for me, so I was a bit weirded out the first time I met him but it helps when you’re nervous about the dentist! Also, the person (hygenist? tag said floor coordinator) that talked me through my wisdom teeth extraction was great! He let me know what was going on and helped me feel at ease. All in all, a good experience so far.

We switched to this office after my other dental office wouldn’t take my son’s insurance anymore.
I was hesitant to change but they won my son over right quick and did his first cleaning there like it was nothing when, normally, he acts like it’s the worst possible thing that could ever happen to you.
Unfortunately, we also learned he needed a cavity filled. The first appt was canceled because the Dr wasn’t in and the next available time was almost a month later.
It was my son’s first time doing a filling and, even though he’s 11, he was understandably afraid of the unknown, even though we had talked about it. To put him at ease, the Dr explained all of the equipment and what he was going to do with them,
My son was much more relaxed after that. Fortunately, it was so little, he didn’t have to have the Novocain, and he was done in 10 mins!
I had to have some uncovered work done and they were still very friendly and professional. I love the staff at this office and, despite doubts after having to change, I like it alot better than the one we had been going to for almost 8 years.

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. The staff is really friendly, but they always have me waiting. Today I had fillings done and I waited an hour n a half before they actually saw me. Although the people are great the wait time is killer.
