I was very pleased with this company. My ac went out in friday July 4th at 5pm. I have a home warranty but after waiting 24 hours I was authorized to call anyone I.wanted. this was the. week of 100+ for over 2 weeks.straight. After checking one more time with my home warranty it was going to be. monday maybe even tuesday before anyone could come. I had a litter of 3 week kittens and one had alrwady passed away from.extreme.heat. I called blaine sat of long weekend and. suprisingly someone.answered. they. told me their emerfency. tech and I believe his name was esteban. He called within 5 mins. and was here within the hour. He went right to work. My unit was in dire need of cleanimg and service which he did. My AC was back on after he was here 30 min. then he. continued . instead of running it through my. warranty he.offered me a 12.month.pln for 160. it. covered all the cleaning and servicing and they will come back before winter to service the. heating portion. this also guarantees for several years. I. would have paid 75 through my home warranty but it would have onlyncovered the. minimal .going.I was very. impreased with his knowledge and how friendly and helpful. He was gemuinly.worried.about my.pets. They will be on my speed dial from here out. You wont be.disappointed.

Our air conditioner died on us during a major heat wave. We called about 10 places but these guys were the only ones who could get out for a decent price on a weekend. One of the repair techs came out and told us the compressor was dead and trying to fix the unit would be beating the dead horse. I wasn’t surprised since the heater had been screwing up all winter too with another repair company having to be called out multiple times. So we set up an appointment for a couple of days later for Dave to come out to give us an estimate, and got the new unit installed before the next week. Even with a slight hiccup with credit side of things, the receptionist was always kind and seemed to recognise my voice every time I called in. As someone who has worked retail quite a bit, I can definitely call this excellent customer service. Combine all that with the follow ups at every stage of the process, I can say I would recommend these guys any day of the week.(Especially over that previously mentioned heater company.)

My HVAC unit went out. Called Blaine air, guy came out and he was very nice. Seemed that there was so much wrong with it but I paid $ 247 for a disconnect box and he told me that there was no way to know exactly what was wrong with it unless we started replacing stuff. Unfortunately, it wasn’t within my budget to continue with paying for parts and labor without knowing if it would fix it. Guy left after recommending I replace my 30 year old HVAC unit. Later, I got a quote in the mail for $ 6000 for new unit. Again, later had a 2nd opinion, and found out that Blaine AC guy had left the old box on my roof, cut every wire up there after disconnecting everything. 2nd opinion was so thoroughly confused, and it was so far gone, I didnt have much of a choice but to replace entire unit. Needless to say, I did not go with Blaine AC for the new unit. if the guy neglected that much on my roof what else were they going to neglect? Can say that Blaine ac reception ladies are very nice and eager to help, just wish the assistance went further than them!
