Awesome ENT. Front staff is nice and polite and very helpful. Dr Carter comes off a little gruff but is a very competent and friendly doctor. His office is so busy he doesn’t really doesnt waste time with chit chat it’s all professional.

I saw Dr. Carter because i was suffering from severe sleep apnea. I was extremely nervous and he put me at ease. he was very confident and intelligent with his recommendations. he performed an adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy on me two weeks ago and i could not have asked for anything better. he explained every step of the surgery to me, and performed the surgery very quickly. i healed VERY fast with ZERO complications. no infections, no bleeding, very minimal pain, no vomiting, i was able to talk and eat soup the same day i got surgery. i actually almost missed my surgery because i missed the call from the hospital. i called dr carter after hours on his personal cell phone and he immediately figured out what was going on with my appointment time. i would reccommend dr carter to anyone and everyone!

I just wanted to thank Dr. Carter’s office manager for being so kind and helpful. Both ear nose and throat MD were completely booked until May and my husband is very sick and needed to be seen ASAP. The other office was very rude and insensitive. We cant wait two months for a potential health threat. Carter’s office was nice enough to put me through with Brian their office manager and miraculously he was able to get us in this week! It is nice to be heard and treated like a fellow human being. When your dealing with someones health, you shouldn’t have to feel like your on the phone with the DMV. Thank you for being so cool!

Dr Carter and all his staff are awesome, they are nice, kind, helpful, I had an appointment on April 22, 2011, I was nervous not sure what to expect but all the staff made me feel better, Dr Carter really cares about his patients, The bathrooms and office are always clean!
