Great new uniform store for the Merced area. They offer many 5.11 products and also other brands as well. I went in to purchase a shirt and have some patches sewn on the shirt. Within the same day the staff was calling me telling me the item was ready for pick up. Very impressed with the turn around time. I have been to other places in the same area where they take 2 weeks and then don’t even call you.
The layout of the store was set up nice and the store had a fresh new look to it. Zaya was very friendly at the front counter and answered all my questions. There were a few items that they did not have yet. I mentioned it to zaya and within days he had it ordered and in the store for me. GREAT customer service. I do recommend this store to others and will be returning.
