I went into the main office to get some pertinent info I needed for an upcoming viewing and funeral. I stood there for 10mins and no one came out to help me. I said «hello» several times but no one came. I came back a second time later that day and experienced the same result.
Well, I did a photo shoot here for my friends mothers viewing one day and for her cremation ceremony the next day. The place has low light and cool air conditioning keeping the viewing rooms cool during the hot summer. The place is very clean inside. It’s exactly what u would expect from a funeral home as a visitor. I’m not sure how they handle their primary customers.
Overall, this place is clean, no sign of the staff, and has great air conditioning. minus one star for the incident I mentioned above in the first paragraph.
