This review is strictly on the front desk staff. I called to get a phone reminder for an appointment they scheduled me over a month in advance. The first girl that answered was rude and simply responded with a «i don’t have time you’re going to have to call back«talk about rude. I called back later that day and same thing she said she didn’t have time but this time I urged her I needed to know otherwise I’d miss my appointment. «she rudely responded after having me on hold for 7 minutes«well didn’t you write it down at the time it was issued«when I explained to her why I didn’t have have it she simply insisted on the fact that she couldn’t help me. I’m appalled that that they have any clients with the level of unprofessionalism from their incompetent front staff. Looks like I won’t be making it to my appointment too bad, not.
