This place was the highlight of my whole week in Merced. Every item on the menu was delicious. I also asked twice and they said they don’t use MSG, that everything was all atural. I did notice that I didn’t have the dry mouth aftertaste I usually get with MSN heavy food, nor did I feel bloated the next day. They are also pretty easy on the wallet. I ate there 3 days in a row and loved it.

Update 6÷26÷16: As much as I love eating the Chef’s Pork Chop plate(#16) and the Vietnamese grilled pork sandwich at Noah’s Fusion Café, I really hate that I always leave the place feeling muggy and smelling like grease. I always have to come back home and shower to get rid of the smell. That restaurant needs better ventilation. Yet, I won’t stop eating there and I’d still give a 5 out 5 rating. Services are always good. Cheap prices. Big portions. DELICIOUSFOOD!!!

It’s pretty obvious that this is a new business: service is slow, and the waiters/waitresses seem a tad confused, but are very nice. Nevertheless, the food here is yummy and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here three times and each time, I tried something different and it is consistently good. I love Vietnamese cold noodles and theirs does the job for me. Come check this place out if you’re in the area. 4 stars for food and nice service. Next time, I will try their sandwiches!

Noah’s has good Vietnamese food for Merced, but it’s not the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Phở broth is tasty but could be more flavorful. They give very little meat even when you ask for all toppings, which is $ 1.50 extra. When you bite into their tofu, a bunch of water comes out and it has no flavor at all. Their veggie eggrolls are pretty good though. When ordering phở to go, you don’t get as much food as when you’re dining in. There was half the amount of noodles in the to go container compared to when eating in. There are also way too many flies in the place. Noah’s has potential though.

I come to Merced at least 5 times a month and I come to this place every chance I get. Plenty of seats. Staff is really friendly. Really attentive. We get seated right away. Food comes out fast. Food is very flavorful! I’ve had their phở bowls and rice plates and I have never been disappointed. I loved them all! They’re not open on Mondays though.

Seriously so good at a decent price, I got phở with all the meats and I believe it only cost me $ 1.50 more. Can’t wait to eat here again!

I love me some good Vietnamese food. It’s seldom that you find any good places, this side of the Altamont. Great food. Very clean. Service is good. Though during peak hours seems a bit understaffed. I’ve have the sandwiches, phở, vermicelli bowl, and various rice plates. All awesome.

Came in skeptical as I wouldn’t peg Merced as having good Vietnamese food but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered shaking beef and found the portion, food quality, and price to be excellent. Definitely recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner if you enjoy Vietnamese food.

Best place to eat phở in Merced. The owner of the restaurant is nice and always makes sure you have a positive experience. I love this place and I feel like more people should travel the distance to get a good bowl of phở.

I just discovered this Vietnamese restaurant on Unilocal.I have always wanted Vietnamese food but wanted a place where the food was persistently good every time. There are not many good restaurants in merced with great service and bomb food. I love how it looks inside. The waiters are great they frequently come by and ask if you need anything. I ordered the vegitarian phở and It was delicious. I have probably ordered it 3 times this month. I really care about my health and i like that I can eat something healthy but filling. The bowls of phở are super big. The sizes are small and large. It’s one dollar more for a large and it’s worth it. The owner is nice the first time I went there he was really nice and asked me if I can write a review. The owner cares about what the costumers think. I like this restaurant but the food definitely speaks for itself.

Surprisingly SLOOOOOWW service. Worst ever. One of our waters were ½ full when served, wtf? Food wasn’t bad though. Ordered the Bun Bo Hue, which was my first time trying it. Not bad… took about 45 minutes to receive my bowl which is just absolutely ridiculous! My boyfriend had a rice plate and he received it so early on however he had to ask for a fork and some napkins TWICE! He still didn’t get it until 10 – 15 minutes later… food was all cold by the time he had a fork to eat it with. Horrible service! For the price you pay, you can definitely get better service and food elsewhere! Likelihood of coming back: THIN. Sorry not sorry!

I was craving phở and was not dissapointed. Super good food here. The egg rolls and phở were phenomenal. The Thai tea was also amazing. Will definitely make it a point to come here more often.

Had the vermicelli bowl with prawns. Delicious! Others at our table had the Chef’s Special, Crab Udon, Phở, Spring Rolls, Wings and Chicken Satay. It was all amazing. It’s about time we had a restaurant like this in Merced. The service was fast and friendly. We had kids with us and the staff was accommodating and attentive. It was a very family-friendly restaurant!

This is my first time with all the hype my co-worker has given me plus my mom said she was craving for some phở so what a perfect time to try this place out. Keep in mind that I use to live in Sacramento. Alot of phở place here are really good. We were the only one there they got my order wrong I wanted bun bo hue with rice noodle instead I got vermicelli noodle. My mom got phở with meatball and brisket she complain the phở noodle was soggy and it smell bad. She also didn’t get a cup of water because she order a avocado shake so I ask for one. My mom didn’t finish her phở and I didn’t really enjoy my bun bo hue. The service was okay but the food took longer than expected as we were the only one there until later a few other people came in. Didn’t have a good first time experience but will give this place a try again in the future.

I’m from a VERY Asian community down in LA, so it’s difficult for me to find Asian food in the Central Valley that is up to par. I’m usually really skeptical of the restaurants around town; however, Noah’s is the only place that’s pleasantly surprised me in the 5 years I’ve been in the Merced/Fresno area. It’s a nice and quaintly decored restaurant just a couple blocks away from Sonic, but the FOOD is amazing. It has the most authentic Vietnamese food in all of the Central Valley. I usually get the Phở with beef and brisket, Spring rolls and the Vegetarian crispy spring rolls. It is the only place that makes food that actually tastes like home and the vegetarian crispy spring rolls are to die for. They use a lot of ingredients that are uncommon in the area such as wood ear. This place is honestly a God-send. There is always immediate seating and fast service. You’ll get your food within 10 minutes of even walking in the door. The waiters/waitresses are always super attentive and cater to your every need. You never have to try to flag anyone down. The prices are ridiculously cheap for what you get and a perfect set up for any date. You get a buy one entrée and half off the other, for nice portions. My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week, ever since I introduced it to him. As a man who never even heard of phở, he absolutely LOVES it now, thanks to Noah’s. Give this place a try and you’ll find yourself hooked.

First of all, let me say that me and my boyfriend love phở. Anyways, we were craving for some phở on the way back to the bay. Unilocaled around and found this place. Decided to try it out given that people were saying good reviews. This place is alright. Given that we’ve been to so many phở restaurants. I ordered a grilled chicken bahn mi. I love how they serve bahn mi sandwhiches. Plus for me. My boyfriend on the other hand ordered a chicken phở. Which was also cool given you are able to choose two toppings. So he got the shrimp and chicken. The food. I’d give 3 stars because we’ve had way better chicken phở. I also have a three because of the bahn mi. If I didn’t order a bahn mi. I would’ve given a 2. Sadly, the service was horrible pretty much why 3 stars. When I go to a restaurant not only to I Unilocal about the good but also the service. This place was honestly one of the worst service we had. Not once did they come to our table to ask if everything was ok. Or if we needed anything. They took our ordered and gave us good and never came back. Sad sad sad. Uhm. Me and my boyfriend could’ve just bounced without them noticing and keep in mind there wasn’t even anyone really eating at this place too. Tsk. Thanks for the food, but last time we’ll be here. Duces.

First time here. I had the egg rolls, shaking beef, Vietnamese BBQ pork sandwich, and the spicy wings. Everything had fantastic flavor. I wasn’t a big fan of mushrooms in the egg rolls but I still enjoyed them. Our food arrived quickly after we ordered. Nothing was cold,(except the salad) :) my food was nice and hot. The Thai tea was delicious, wish they had a soda machine for fountain drinks but again not a huge problem. The service was great the waiter was quick and all of our food came out without a problem. By the way if you get a Vietnamese sandwich they provide you with a card(get five sandwiches and the sixth is free) Definitely going back again. Again, fantastic food! Great service! And another plus was the bathrooms were extremely clean:) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did:)

Bun bo hue is so good. At the time they had a special where it was 50% off a second entrée, but I usually eat alone so that was no good for me. I didn’t like my server but tbh I give off annoying vibes and maybe he was just playing off of that. Who cares. I enjoyed my food and will still patronize this place regardless. if you work here and read this, just ignore me I’ll still tip I just want to eat in peace w/o getting my bill like right when I’m starting to eat

I got the rice with pork chop and it was very filling. Though the wait was quite long, the owner offered our group free Thai tea to make up for it. It was probably the best Thai tea I have tasted in a while. They are also having a promotion right now, where if you purchase 1 entrée, your second entrée will be 50% off! Overall, food was awesome and we will return again!
