Thanks O’reily’s for having staff that go the extra mile to help your customers. I wouldn’t have made it home without help from your employee Fabian. He got my battery in quick and I was on my way. I would recommend O’reily’s in Merced for any auto part need.

They rip you off here! They say they price match so we went in and told them where we were quoted a lower price. He says he’ll call, does, and says they told him $ 102 instead of the $ 72 they told us, so no deal. We left, called the location he called, asked for the person he said by name and that guys says no one called him and they charge $ 72. We totally got played by the jack wagon! Skip this location and go to the other one in town.

On a recent trip to Merced, when it came time to drive back to the Bay Area, my oil light came on. OHMYGODWHATDOIDO?
I pulled into a gas station, they checked my oil (after an awkward moment of not knowing how to pop the hood– gah!) and told me that yes, shit was serious and I needed an oil that they didn’t have.
Thankfully O’Reilly’s was nearby. The guy at the counter went out of his way to help me look up the right oil for my car, and even poured the oil in for me after I bought it. He was pleasant and professional and I made it home all right!
