Bought my daughter’s prom dress there, and had it altered there. When I got the dress back the dress was too long, and a button was broken. I had to have someone else do the alterations the day of prom. I’ve been trying to get a hold of her and she’s unresponsive. Also I was quoted $ 25 for the alterations and was charged $ 45 at time of pick up.

Paid for a table & Linen to be delivered
Christmas Eve. Called several times on the day of the holiday ! No answer…
In hopes they would deliver it the next morning in time for my Christmas breakfast of 20 guest ! No Such Luck…
They didn’t answer my call on the 26th, Nor have they called to offer an apology or explanation. I’m expecting a refund from Piccolina Party Rental. But beware when my sister cancelled tables the day of a children’s birthday party due heavy rain that morning, Piccolina Party Rental refuse to refund because they said it had to be actively raining at time of the cancellation call. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt; Good luck to others who do the SAME !
