Dr Robert Butler is very nice and professional; HOWEVER, he keeps his patients waiting long (2 – 2.5hrs) periods of time just to be seen. We thought he was just busy during our first visit (which took 2hrs 40mins to be seen).
Other patients in the waiting room graciously told me that the Doctor is really slow with each patient and one must expect to wait a long time every visit. Some even told me it takes long just to pick up a prescription.
We gave him a second try and our second visit was exactly the same experience as our first — about 2.5 hours long. Isn’t this some kind of malpractice?
Conclusion: we will not come back here nor can I recommend this doctor to anyone.
