My storage unit was broken into. They clam not to see anything on camera. When there was two camera around my unit and another on the way out. With a on site manger there and our unit was still broken into. He fool of shit claiming he go around and check all the lock on each unit. But never seen our lock was cut off on my unit. The MERCED sheriffs that took my report say this is not the first time it happen. Same story with other customer of this place. They cut off your lock and replace it with one of their. So they can keep on coming back to clean you out. If you to ask me its properly their on site manger. Never have any problem before until their management switch. They lie to get to to come in with their banners. They clam to have working camera and alarm for each unit. Then why is their customer unit is still been broken into with a manger on site that live there. Would he have heard the alarm goes off if some one trying to open anther unit or see it on their camera. Anyways use this place if you want your stuff stolen. Recommend somewhere else.
