I began attending Eric’s 5:30 am bootcamp over 5 years ago. I have built muscle, toned my core and maintained my weight. Eric is reliable and professional, you always get 100% from him at 5:30 am, rain or shine. The best thing about boot camp is that it is neve boring and the hour flies by. He tailors my workout to my needs even an group setting too. I am 54 and his coaching makes me feel like I can keep up with the 30 year olds! I reccomend Coach Eric!

I have worked out with several personal trainers and know that you need someone who is really interested in your fitness and your personal goals. Eric is that guy! He keeps me moving forward and getting better and stronger. His workouts are never the same and never boring — which is great. His bootcamp is outside which makes it all the better. He really tries and he really cares — and that money can’t buy. I heartily recommend him!

Coach Eric ROCKS! I joined his bootcamp almost 2 years ago and was hooked instantly!
His workouts are hard but can be modified according to your fitness level. They are never the same. I’m always sore. The best part is that they are fun! And the time flies by.
One thing I love the most about Eric is that he truly cares about each of his clients. He wants everyone to succeed. He’s a genuine, good person! What’s not to love!!!

I joined Coach Eric’s early morning boot camp three years ago and find this class to be one of the best I’ve ever been to. Coach Eric is an expert at leading each class. He keeps things mixed up, is energetic, funny, and genuinely cares about our progress.
There are very few reasons I’d get up at 5:00 in the morning; this class is one of them! I highly recommend The Fit Edge to anyone wanting challenging workouts that somehow manage to be fun at the same time.
