It would be hard to count the number of ways in which Key Bank is a terrible and outdated institution. I’ll list some stuff that comes to mind, and advise you to not use them or move away from them.
— Autopayments to credit cards cannot be done online, you have to print, sign, and mail a form
— Cash deposits to the ATM are held and not immediately available
— Most of their ATMs are still envelope deposits
— Most problems will result in phone support telling you to talk to a teller, and the teller telling you to call phone support

never send me ipod touch as they promised on the promotion. the teller just push me to the manager and the manager never called me back.
terrible customer service.
overall Keybank system is not friendly and full of cheating. be very careful with what they say and never trust them.
keyband’s promotions are just jokes. don’t waste your time with this company.
