Literally 30 minutes waiting in drive thru at noon? Sooooooo slooooooow. Also 2 sandwiches and a coffee for $ 17? Crazy expensive.

Bad customer relationship by the manager – Just ordered a few sandwiches and coffees totaling about $ 50. After paying for the food they started to assemble the bags to hold the food in and realized that they were out of 2 of the sandwiches that they charged us for. The man working the register said he would upgrade us to whatever sandwiches we wanted for free, so we ordered 2 paninis. When I was awaiting the final two sandwiches the manager approached me and said we owed them money. After calmly discussing the fact that the guy at the register said we could have the upgrade for free, the manager insisted that we pay for the sandwich upgrade even though they could not provide the ones we requested.

This Starbucks is one of the nicest Starbucks I think I’ve ever seen! It’s so beautifully designed and the outside of it is so pretty… BUT, it’s on Mercer Island so I think that’s kind of the standard. The staff is always friendly and every drink I’ve ever gotten from here has been made perfectly. Their only downside is that their drive thru(like many other Sbux locations) can be suuuper slow.

Just left the drive thru and the young woman that helped us was so rude, would it hurt you to smile and talk to the person in the car and finally don’t argue listen when you make a mistake and then apologize.

Starting off this is the only drive thru Starbucks on the island and its run by a rotating schedule of teens and youngish managers. It’s clean, well life and recently remodeled.

I cannot recommend this store enough. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Both inside and out, it is so comfortable. They make their own evolution juices, but most importantly to me, the employees are amazing. Heather and Macray blew my mind yesterday. I left my iPad mini at the store and they picked it up and put it in the back. These are Young adults working for retail pay. Most people in their situation might have sold it for $ 500…but instead they held it for me in the back and I just came and got it. There should be more people like Heather and Macray in the world. Thank you both.

It’s hard to believe that a nicely designed location like this can be so dirty and neglected looking. The staff seems overstressed. Customers equally so. Baked goods are not as appealing looking as at more popular locations. They tend to run out of the major breakfast items early. Strange, my local Starbucks in a super busy downtown Seattle location still has at least one of each by 5pm. All in all I love this Mercer Island Starbucks for the modern vibe and convenience for a quick stop on my way to clients. As long as I take a deep breath and send everyone a positive vibe before placing my order. And then they still don’t get my order right.

I had the great misfortune of being gifted a Starbucks gift card. The coffee here is so over roasted it’s hard to describe what it taste like, but I will try. It taste like a diseased shark p*ssed on some mad cow poop, strained it, and threw a Starbucks label on it. Unless you get their artificial sweeteners thrown on top to mask the horrible taste, but even then it taste like window cleaner was added to the shark/cow fiasco. For the sake of all that is good on this planet, please stop over toasting your coffee.

Four stars for a Starbucks! This place is always hoppin’ when I lived on Mercer Island, and the Drive-Thru is nuts. But, my service was always friendly, and I generally got my order in a respectable amount of time considering the amount of customers. A lot of the time if there was a spot open I would just pop inside. Generally service was a little faster if I did that, and this girl doesn’t mind it. I’m guessing that’s why I’m giving them a more generous review, I am that girl that opts to get out rather than wait in my vehicle when I look at the DT line. Coffee was reliable, and decent. I don’t generally opt for Starbucks when I am in my home state, but this location was just so dang convenient, I ended up frequenting it. I’ve gotta give them props for all the times the caffeinated me, which ended up being quite a bit.

This starbucks is great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I just would not reccomend this place for anyone looking for wifi. The connection is terrible and it is so close to my house and a great getaway but I am not able to actually work and enjoy my coffee and the great atmosphere

Ok Starbuck’s architects must have hired the folks that design the Disneyland lines ques to design the drive thru. basically if you see ANY car in the line. be prepared to wait 20 minutes for service and be trapped in the starbucks ride que. the drive thru basically circles the entire outside of the entire property with the vehicles masked by strategically place shrubberies as designed to fool the unwary motorist that there is no wait. but. ah ha. after waiting three cars to order, you’ll find that there’s a line of 10 cars in front of you hiding and waiting in the line tunnel. If you dare. make sure you pee first.

This is a beautiful Starbucks with a crazy busy drive-thru line in the morning. I’ve visited this location a handful of times, and it is a decent one. It is just. err. another Starbucks. One amazing thing about this one is that it opens up at 4:30am(during the week, I believe). If you are in need of a super early pick-me-up coffee, this is the perfect place for you.

They made the drive-thru really nice, the workers are extremely nice and every other time I go they always have that chain system where the car in front pays for your drinks and you do the same. However, this Starbucks isn’t really the place to study inside because there are always sooo many people and it’s pretty noisy. But it’s a great place to grab coffee with someone and just chat. They have a outdoors fireplace so you can sit outside and it’ll still be warm during colder days. The way they designed the interior as well as the exterior is very sophisticated and cozy. Awesome place :)

This is a review of the Starbucks with the drivethrough. this is the worst starbucks out of all the starbucks in the universe. I live next to it and usually get a mocha at 3pm… the last 5 times they got my order wrong or the drink is warm. Today, there are 4 cars in front of me in the drivethrough and I had to wait 15 minutes for the 1st car to get their drink… when I pulled up they had 10 drinks already made lined up in a row.1 of those drinks were mine and it was warm. I sure its the same staff that works there everytime I go there. Please dont give me a good attitude but f*cked up drinks.

Popped in this Starbucks early one morning after I spent the previous day moving in my apartment. I picked up two coffees and two yogurt granola parfait only to find out I forgot my wallet. The barista said I could have the coffee on the house which was nice of them since I really needed some coffee. It’s Starbucks coffee it’s good like all the others. I can confirm as mentioned by another reviewer there are no milfs or cougars hanging around in yoga pants which is kind of not cool cause well… you know yoga pants are great!

I am always impressed with how upbeat the staff is here. This Starbucks is busy to say the least, but they are quick and friendly. Also, if they ever mess up your coffee order usually they will comp you for free.

One of the more interesting Starbucks locations architecturally. Designed like a ski lodge and with a lovely landscaped drive through. Has to be the prettiest drive through I’ve been through. Service is friendly and they get orders right. Best #PSL I’ve had.

This Starbucks is really classy. It has high ceilings, a fireplace, and a drive through. Also it is nice and cool here on hot summer days. I’ve never had a problem with service here. Unfortunately they don’t have Clover machines here! Or reserve coffees.

Damn this is a classy joint! Seriously, this is one of the most beautiful Starbucks around. It is convenient that it has a drive-thru since although they have ample seating inside, it is usually packed with regulars. They have an indoor/outdoor fireplace as well, which makes for a super cozy time. This is an excellent neighborhood store that is a great place to kill a few hours. The service is consistent, solid, always clean, drinks made well, food well stocked. All-in-all, this is an excellent store and one that I would seek out.
