At my first appointment, I saw the doctor 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I didn’t think too much of it at the time. At my follow up appointment, I first learned that the doctor I was seeing was running an hour behind from the physical therapists who were leaving for the night. They were heading out 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. About twenty minutes later I was called to the back to wait in an exam room. In that room I waited. Ninety minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was told by a nurse that there’s only two people ahead of me. For a while, what kept me there was that if I’d left, would I miss the doctor? Would I have wasted my time? What if he is coming in the next five minutes? I’d blow all the time I’d spent waiting. Waiting., At 7:03 pm; two hours and three minutes after my scheduled appointment time I stuck my head out the door. Long story short(as if that’s possible at this point), the nurse outside my door, who did her best to try to tell me that he’d be along momentarily, also was probably a little bit happy that I was leaving. At least she got to go home a little early because I, as the last person being seen that night, over two hours after my scheduled time, finally gave up. Know why? Because what finally made me walk out was the fact that even if I’d seen the doctor, there was no possible way that I was coming back to this place. They’re waste of my time became a waste of all of our times. A simple call earlier in the day stating that the doctor was running late and would I be able to come in later or reschedule is all it would have taken. Instead they chose to pack in everyone and collect their fees. In addition, after leaving without seeing the doctor you would think they would call to set up another appointment. No dice. You’re just a customer that they can live with or without. That’s it. Will not go back. Will never recommend it.

I’ve been seeing numerous doctors at Trenton orthopedic group in Mercerville since April 2015. Dr Saxena, Dr Levine, Dr Schnell. All of which were very courteous and informative. The entire administrative staff has also been very helpful and courteous. This afternoon however, an appointment with Dr Roman was nothing less than disappointing and disrespectful in my opinion. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before being brought to an exam room to dress in a paper gown and shorts and SAT there for 45 minutes before I opened the door to ask if I had been forgotten about. The assistant stated, you’re next. 15 minutes later, she opened the door and said he would be right in. I attempted to ask her why a courtesy had not been extended to inform myself of the two hour delay. I got to the word courtesy and she walked out on me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion on both her and the doctors part. On one occasion, dr Levine was running an hour and 15 minutes behind and he had the staff make that announcement. I had no problem waiting that time, simply because I was informed by a professional who has compassion and respect for his patients. Trenton orthopedic group, Dr Roman xxxxxx!

Dr. Fletcher did a great job fixing my wife’s carpal tunnel syndrome as well as her trigger finger. Initial consultation and tests were a bit pricey. The actual procedure was also a bit expensive but within insurance ranges. He does a great job explaining the procedure with both my wife and I separately. The follow up was very good afterwards. Quite a busy office as they perform many different types of treatments including their new chiropractor service.

Dr Hornstein is a nice doctor but I went twice complaining about knee pain. I like to walk/run and do a half marathon once a year. My knee pain was stopping me from doing this. Prescribed ibruprophen and when I asked about PT was told I was a runner and knew exercises. Decided to get a second opinion at Gotham ortho in jersey city where I work. They couldn’t believe any doctor would say that. Put me in PT and also discussed gel injections as an option. I think since I am 50 and yes it’s arthritis he didn’t have time to really help me. Would never go there again!
