Mapleview Apartments

I wish I knew then what I know now and I never would have rented from this complex. I’ve held off reviewing them, but it has become so difficult to keep silent. As a minister I’ve never experienced these kind of issues in renting before. And I don’t like to say bad things about someone. The heat is supposed to be included and it was 65 degrees for 2 solid weeks this month, January 2016 before they finally fixed it. I’ve had roaches the last 3 weeks and they have yet to take care of it. The apartment was never finished painting and I’ve been here a year and a half. They came and looked at it and said they would finish painting, but never did. The clincher today was having to dig my car out myself with a neighbor because the plow in the parking lot piled the snow behind my car and wedged me in. With the help of a neighbor and my DUSTPAN, until he brought a shovel, I got my car out. And I discovered that their code for unassigned parking means there aren’t enough spaces so if you get home late, you don’t have a space to park in. Please don’t rent here, you will regret it. The property manager is nice but never returns phone calls and the maintenance staff is nice but they don’t fix things in a timely manner if at all. Again, PLEASE don’t rent here, you will regret it.
