Sparkling Spaces

We were moving into a new house and the previous tenants were really dirty. We had the place fumigated (lost of dead roaches to clean out) so of course we’re not going to wanna do it so we decided to hire a cleaning company…
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
Paid for a 4 hours cleaning session. I guy was on time (which was awesome)
but he did nothing as to «clean» his cleaning only consist of wiping down thing.
Here’s why:
1) the tub had wall paint (guessing from when they painted the place) and all he did was a quick wipe down, there were still paint in the tub especially in the corner and near the drain.
2)The operator failed to info me that there would be an extra charge for cleaning the insides of my cabinet, stove/​oven, and fridge. I told the operator that I wanted all of that cleaned out and she said its fine.
3) the dude told me that the dining room floor was as good as it gets. I re-​mopped it after moving in and man that floor is shinning.
4)There was obvious trash in the basement (not a lot) but he supposedly failed to see/​clean it until I pointed it out
4) He stood around waiting for a tip
5) I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, he tried to leave in 2 hours.
I should of saved my money and just do it my darn self.

This is a really great, professional service. They sent an e-​mail in advance to confirm the appointment, arrived right on time, brought all the supplies and equipment and did a really spectacular job. Samantha and Ryan are really attentive to our expectations and paid attention to every detail. There are a lot of cleaning services to choose from. It’s great to have the opportunity to deal with a couple of smart, professional young people who take pride in a job well done.

We were trying to get settled in our new place, and after moving, the last thing we wanted to do was get all up into the nooks and crannies of our new place.
To top it off, the last occupants had a dog, whose essence was felt after they departed (allergies and all that stuff). Mrs H looked at me with that guilty, giddy look in her eye as her finger hovered precariously over the mouse button for the purchase confirmation of a groupon deal for Sparkling Spaces. I nodded approvingly (as if it mattered {happy wife happy life [happy husband doesn’t really rhyme with anything so it therefore doesn’t matter]}) and it was on.
The team of two arrived and did a quick walk through. The next thing I knew, I was smelling cleaning agents and they were getting down to business. We requested that our oven and stove be cleaned because the previous occupant neglected to do so, best $ 15 we ever spent. Within two hours, our place was cleaned top to bottom including blinds, window sills, ceiling fans, baseboards and switch plates. They mopped their way out of our apartment (literally) but not out of our hearts. This may become a splurge from time to time.
