Terrible. Bad service and bad workers. They overcharge for everything and the staff is not helpful.
I ended up canceling my TV service with them in favor of using a digital antenna just so I wouldn’t have to pay 30 $ a month for a handful of local stations. Unfortunately I had to keep the internet because for where I am located, Frontier is too slow and they are the only other option.
It pains me to say that I wish Comcast served Meriden. I’d switch in a heartbeat.
