I had no problem when I resided in their property for 2.5 years in Meriden, CT. They even gave me my security deposit back.
I was taken back when the property manager said to me, «You left your apartment move in ready. » People must remember if you reside somewhere keep it clean and do not break anything you can not afford to fix.
I did have two neighbors who always called them to fix things. But… when you have 5 or more people in a 2 bedroom apartment things will get broken.
I am not saying they are not neglectful. It just never happened to me.

They still haven’t plowed our condo complex. This is crazy. It hasn’t snowed in 36 hours. And they won’t return calls. Not surprising with rob. He is entirely incompetent.

It is extremely difficult to contact the property management when in need. There has been damage to my property and I have attempted to reach a manager for the past 4 months and haven’t had any of my calls returned. I have spoken to the receptionist, Cindy, several times and have not had my complaint resolved.
