I have been using the Mosquito Terminators service for a few years now. I am very disappointed in the service this year. The spray does not seem as effective, since it only lasts two weeks instead of three. I have had to call multiple times to confirm that they were coming to my house to spray, even though I paid for the annual subscription.
I think the people that run this location are good people and quick to respond. They take responsibility for their actions. If I pay for a season of spraying that is suppose to happen on a regular basis then you should be at my house as scheduled or you should call me. It is a simple customer service concept.
Oh, and if you complain about how your yard was sprayed to management. Be prepared to be confonted by the technican the next time he is at your house.
