Dropped off items for dry cleaning and tailoring. Returned on day ticket stated they would be ready. Told that my jacket was still wet and they gave it to me anyway. I was informed that I had to return in a week for tailoring that took longer than they expected. Picket up item that should have been tailored to find that it wasn’t. Nor was it cleaned. However, they charged me. Returned to ask older man behind counter to fix it and that I preferred not to be charged as I already paid and have now taken 3 trips to get this item repaired. He responded with«I said I’m sorry but, you’re being a pain in the a$$». I’m a calm person so, I was taken aback. I won’t recommend a cleaners that doesn’t complete the services paid for and calls their customer a «pain in the a$$» for pointing out their mistake that could have been rectified amicably.

This place was nice. It’s a family business and very friendly. The woman who greeted me(mom?) was very chatty and asked me if it was my first time, where I lived, etc. Asked some great questions about the clothes I was bringing in, and when I got them back she went over the removed stains with me. Thought that was really nice. Will definitely go back and recommend this place. Very convenient to get to with 15 min parking right in front of the store. Quick tip: if this is your first time, make sure you mention it. They gave me a discount as a new customer.
