Had an old lady back into me at a parking lot. I was recomended this shop and can’t say enough good things about them. They did a fantastic job, will definitely recommend them to anyone looking

Let me first start by saying I used to work in industry. I got into an accident in CT and through my insurance only had the choice of two shops if I wanted to work warrantied. Living out of state 1200 miles away I wanted the work to be guarantied just in case something was off. This was the better of the two by reviews found online.
Keep in mind I’m a nut with my car. It’s a 08 Acura TL Type S. I know every inch of the car in and out. I also work on my own car as well. Before the car was hit it was excellent looking.
At first I thought this was a good choice. Nice facility. Nice staff and professional at first. But as time when on and at the time I picked the car up I realized this wasn’t the case.
First they gave me a timely of two weeks but it took over three. Two weeks is more than enough time to complete the job from the accident. The car sat for a week because they told me if took a week to order parts. Anyone that’s works in the industry knows it doesn’t take a week to order parts unless you have some kind of rare or new car and parts come from over seas. I’ve ordered the same exact parts for my other TL and by day two I had the parts of they weren’t in stock. But ok fine I’ll agree to disagree there. Mind you in burning PTO time for them to take their time so I’m not happy. Im stuck until they give me my car.
The day I went to pick up the car is when it went from OK to BAD! This was a $ 9000 job. They painted an area on the new bumper that comes from the factory painted and textured already changing the color from grey to blue. Burn marks all over the new paint and new panels from wet sanding and buffing. Down to the metal and plastic. Fish eyes and dust all over. Clear laid on dry in some places. Color didn’t match in places. Zebra strips from poor painting. Over spray every where and the body work looked like you could go surfing on it. But it doesn’t stop there. They had to remove my rear bumper and tail light to blend clear. Well they man handled the bumper chipping paint off and edge and creating stress marks on another edge. Not to mention chipping the edge of the corner panel where it meets the tail light. It seemed like a gorilla handled these parts.
When I went to address these concerns with the shop manager he immediately got an attitude, said f this, turned his back and said deal with the owner! Are you serious?!? I’m a customer with a huge ticket?! You’re going to treat me like that. Well needless to say the owner wasn’t much help either. He tried to justify everything and said he did an OK job. Well and OK job isn’t good enough. Plus they missed some stuff too!
Plus side this, I called my insurance company right away and they instructed me to take it home to FL and they would take care of everything they messed up and things they missed. I have a body shop here that is beyond excellent. I’ve used them twice and came highly recommended. Once was for a light rear hit and the other was Maintenon on the nice for some rock chips. Both times the car looked perfect like the day I picked it up new. Even he said they did a hacked job!
I recommend you look for another shop because this place does a hack job and more! Plus they are beyond rude. But the girls at the front desk are super nice and cute!

Very professional body shop. I have brought my car here a few times, and the work is always done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them!
