Not entirely sure what the other review is all about but I have personally worked with Frank for over five years both as a competitor and as a partner. With over twenty years selling blinds in the treasure valley as Jacksons Draperies (doing business in Nampa for 64 years) I can say with out a doubt that there is no one who will do a better job of serving your window covering needs.

I met with Frank Arroues on February 12, 2014. The consultation was quick and painless. I was told the quote would be e-​mailed that afternoon. By Sunday, February 16, 2014, I still had not received the quote. Considering it was a holiday weekend, I sent an e-​mail via the website inquiring when I could expect the quote. On Tuesday, February 18, 2014, I called and spoke to Frank who said he would try and e-​mail the quote again and call me that afternoon to follow up. Today, February 25, 2014, I still have not received a quote and I have not received any phone calls.
