They only get one star because I have to put one. My car got completely butchered by them and still had to pay every penny. On top of that my car still wasn’t fixed. Absolutely not drivable and died on my not even a quarter of a mile away. I had to sell it because over three grand was put into it for them to set the timing off on my car for it to then screw up the motor. Apparently the turbo was toast as well. NOT. The man I sold it to is a diesel mechanic and fixed the car himself and it was then in perfect shape. No need for a new turbo. If christian brothers actually had a diesel mechanic working on my car maybe they would have know where to set the timing. I could have googled it and done it better. After he fixed the timing (which was set off) and fixed the motor (which the entire motor did not need replaced) he drove it up to washington and back! Got almost 50mpg (diesel Volkswagen Jetta). Screwing over a first year college student living off campus probably wasn’t the best idea.
P. s. when i got the car to my house, I opened the hood and a hose was pinched off with pliers. thanks for the free pliers but that doesn’t make up for the worst service I have ever received from anybody in my life.
