I went in and wanted to buy a glock 19 cause they do the blue lable program and I’m military i stood there for 15 min at the gun counter and did even get acknowledged I will never go back in here and I will tell anyone I know to stay away from this place!!!

I went into Hawk Tech to take advantage of their deal they had on a 10⁄22. The deal was designed to get new customers in the door. So I went with cash in hand to purchase the rifle and see what else they had. I went in and they were busy. There was a salesman that wasn’t with a customer. I went over to look at the ammo they had on the shelf. The salesman said nothing to me. A couple of minutes later an older couple walked in and the salesman walked right past me to help them. I left. The promotion got me in the door, and the horrible customer service will keep me away.

I’ve been acquainted with the owner for a few years now and I would say that he’s fair and honest. He’s doing his best to keep his store up and running, selling firearms is a tough way to make a living. The owner «Dan» has worked with Tactical Solutions and Primary Weapons Systems, he came from a firearms background and has a good working knowledge of the business. I’ve been in his stores many times and have purchased a few guns from him, his prices are fair and competitive and he has a good inventory of items some of which can’t be found at the large chain stores. Support the local guy.
