edit: after posting my review it got the owners attention and they did come and fix the dish network… i will change the stars based off the fact it is working and fixed now. but i still feel like people deserve to know what happened in the first place…
my family have all went with these people and everyone of us had problems… they left before our dish was set up… turns out they left us faulty equipment… my grandparents and brother stopped using them but my parents decided to give them the benifit of the doubt and try them again, we’ll the dish didn’t work for over 10 days before we got there attention via Unilocal,we are locked in a 2 year contract didn’t get what we were promised… they also never answer texts or calls… until they saw our Unilocal.i’d say look into your options and make your own choice.
not just once did this happen but twice. and not just to us but to other people… i don’t think it’s just me who gets a bad feeling. but do your research and make your own choice.

Ben and Sandra are fantastic. We bundled Direct TV and CenturyLink and we are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that they provided. Ben informed me that they offer free service calls if there’s any problem. Very glad we went with Home Satellite Solutions. Unilocal comes through for us again.

We used Home Satellite Solutions after bailing on CableOne. We’ve really enjoyed our Direct TV experience. Sandra and Ben were wonderful to deal with and they work hard to get you the best deal with current promotions, refferals deals, etc. I loved their personal service and I liked supporting a local, family run business.

These guys are truly amazing! I called in the morning and I was watching DirecTV by 5 PM. Professional install. He helped me install my remotes with all my televisions and gave me a personal business card just in case if I had any questions. He explained everything to me. I’ve had DirecTV now for about eight months and have not had one problem. Couldn’t be happier!
