Someone needs to take the hostess and teach them how to treat customers. VERY POOR ATTITUDE! There were 3 ladies at the hostess stand, when we walked up, they literally grabbed menus and walked away from us without asking us to follow or greeting in anyway. The restaurant was very busy, but that is never an acceptable attitude for any establishment! That is the main complain. The waitress was very slow, but like I said. Restaurant was busy, so exceptions could be made for that. Food was good, filet mignon and lobster cooked well. I simply can not rate better because of the horrible service… Get it together Outback.

I wish I could leave a favorable review, but I can’t. After a 5 hour drive, I arrived at this Outback. I was seated in a booth at the lounge area and I waited 10 minutes before a waiter came by and took my order for a drink and said they would be right back for my meal order. I waited 20 minutes more and couldn’t even flag a waiter down. I finally took my drink up to the bar and told them of my experience and said I want to pay for my drink and leave to go somewhere to get some food. After 5 minutes someone came to apologize. They covered my drink, but after over a half hour of waiting, I didn’t care to wait another half hour. Terrible terrible service! Last visit to this restaurant.

UNDERWHELMING — party of two for dinner, ordered the Victoria Filet and grilled Lobster Tail and my coworker ordered the same thing but with grilled shrimp. We both asked if they offered the steaks blackened and the waitress said yes. We ordered the steaks blackened and medium. Mine came out medium, my coworker’s came out super rare. There was absolutely no taste to the steak. Was one of the most disappointing experiences ever. Won’t get return business from either one of us.

In from out-​of-​town and stopped by for dinner. Wife goes in and asks of they have a table for 6…4 kids under 10. They tell her no wait. We get in and they want to put us at 2 different tables eventhough there’s a round table of 6 available. We decided to leave while they chat about what to do. Who manages this joint??? I knew never to go to Outback. Same idiocy at the one near my house where we never go. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a lot to pick from at 9:30 pm.

My girlfriend and I ate here while visiting Meridian.
As with all Outbacks I’ve dined at the food and service were excellent. Our steaks were cooked as expected. Right on the money.

Maybe I just got the bad steak. But this thing was like chewing through leather. Really disappointing. I usually I have good luck with outbacks but not this one. Also the bread was stale. I got it for take out. should of gone to Logan’s which was just as close to my hotel. Lesson learned.

Just ate here last night. It was very good. I haven’t eaten at an Outback in years, and I’m not quite sure why. I had the chicken sandwich and my fiancé had the steak, both were wonderful. I also tried a piña colada too and it was great.

I’ve been twice over the past 4 months. I’ve ordered the mahi both times. The first time it was good. The second time it was ok. The staff is very nice and attentive and the restaurant is very clean. However, like most chains, food quality is always an issue.

Visited the Outback while staying in Meridian. The service was a little slow but the steak and Walkabout soup (Potato) I ordered was great. I’ll be back (As Arnold says)

Of course anyone who is a fan of Outback is grateful to have one in their vicinity. This Outback was great. Nice waitress, Blue Moon on tap (and Sam Adams, thank God). Everything was great. Same price as all other Outbacks. Getting used to the indoor smoking is hard when you are used to no smoking venues, but other then that, thankful Meridian has one!
