This chocolate is fantastic.
The Mayan was particularly good: just the correct amount of spice.
The Black Licorice was a «what the heck’ choice and it was remarkably good.
All of the 8 different varieties we tried had deep rich favors and creamy texture.
My regret, we live 1,000 miles away.

It’s hard to rate any chocolate place anything under 5 stars but normally chocolatiers are very outgoing or at least passionate about their products. The owner seemed reserved and certainly not overly friendly, which I found odd. As for the chocolate, there were plenty of unique truffles and I sampled a good number of them. They were certainly tasty, though I really enjoy talking to chocolatiers and it was hard to get much of a conversation going. I’ll try again next time I’m in the area.
