I paid $ 200 for an arrangement of flowers when a family member passed way. I chose an arrangement from their website which was pictured with a man standing next to it with his hand raised. The arrangement appeared to about 6 inches taller than his raised hand. One of their employees said the man is about 5’6″ without his hand raised, so the arrangement should have been well over six feet tall. When I got to the funeral home, it was the smallest stand there and the white roses were brown. I specifically told the man I wanted a nice arrangement because she was a special lady. When I called to tell them about the problem the day after the funeral the man’s explanation was that he was out of his large easels. He didn’t bother telling me I would not get get what was pictured when I ordered from him and he didn’t cut the price. He offered no explanation for the dead roses, but he did offer to send roses to another family member. Wow! Just what I need. More dead roses delivered to a family member. No thanks!
