Wow. What a horrible company. We furnished our new house in what we perceived to be high quality furniture.
The looks are deceiving.
Everything is falling apart and we’ve had it for about 18 months of normal use.
I was able to negotiate about 30% off. It took some work as I had them email me a quote thus putting the ball in my court. Even then I have horrible buyers remorse as we spent nearly $ 20k.
I was so disappointed I creates a Unilocal account to leave this, my first review.

Thomasville does not stand behind their products. We furnished our home with expensive leather furniture and they claimed it was the highest quality. Within 6 months the leather was fading and looked very old and used. They did nothing to resolve the problem. Would never buy from them again!
