Baldini’s

Eaten here several times. Food has been good on most occasions. However. You have to put up with terrible customer service. The Bartender ignored me and was rude. Made my experience a bad one all around. The Manager has a pissed-​off look all the time as well. I give the place 3 Stars for food quality only.

Baldini’s once had pretty decent food and is supported by locals in the winter and by locals and rafters during the summer. Tonight’s dinner was just torture. Our party consisted of my son, DIL and 6 year old grandson. Two of us ordered Philly cheese steak sandwiches without ranch and tots. DIL ordered a flat iron steak med-​rare. The Philly cheese steaks came with ranch poured over the top and they were immediately sent back. Waitress rolled her eyes at us. The steak arrived a few minutes later. DIL was fixing 6 yr old a plate (sharing a meal) and when she cut into the steak it was well done. The waitress never looked our way. We had to flag her down. There was no one else in the restaurant other than a to go order. We finally got her attention and sent the steak back. Waitress rolled her eyes at us. Waitress returned with our sandwiches — good this time except now the tots were cold from sitting for 10 minutes. Finally, the steak arrived and it was raw. Purple and cold inside. I asked if they had a new cook. No, they don’t. DIL had half of my Philly cheese steak and her steak sat on her plate. The waitress finally came over and saw the raw meat, made a comment and rolled her eyes a third time. She didn’t charge for the steak. The cook was lousy, the service was lousy and disrespectful. After paying my son had to go back in and the waitress was cleaning the table and mumbling about the tip. She was lucky to have received on at all. Enter at your own risk.

I have know this place for years and I just love the homemade lasagna. WOW it says it in the name Baldini
