Access Optical is by far the best and most professional business I had dealings with in dealing with the optician to the detailed eye exam they gave me. Dr Cohen explained everything in detail and Jared Bohn the other optician goes out of his way to assure I’m 100 percent happy when I walk out. I get contacts and glasses and send all my friends and relatives here. They treat everyone with respect and the same. It’s a pleasure to go there. They take all insurances and very reasonably priced. They even had a lovely fashionable sales women with straight black hair specifically pick out the perfect lens for my face. Great team. Great business. They have a great reputation for years now. Very attentive. Thank you so much. Late hours also help they are open till 8pm some nights I can’t say enough positive things of this establishment. I wish I dealt with people in all aspects of business like this. Thank you. Lynn

Great no nonsense help you out people with a great selection of frames. If you go through insurance– mine is VSP it takes a week to get your frames. Evan is lovely.

I have been using Dr. Cohen ever since my Optometrist passed away. Dr. Cohen has helped me over the years greatly. He is kind but straightforward and I would definitely recommend him for anyone who wants the job done right!
The other staff at Access Optical are kind, friendly and patient, especially when it takes some time making a decision on glasses that need to be worn daily.

I was told over the phone it was $ 69.00 for a contact exam and this would include the RX for glasses. I went over these details 5 times .This turned into $ 164 because of an extra charge because of astigmatism? I have been wearing contact lenses for many years so this was not an initial fitting. They were very rude and condesending when I asked for an explanation. There was an ad in local paper for $ 149.00 for contact fitting and 3 months of contacts but I didn’t receive the contacts because that wasn’t the brand the doctor recommended. There is also an ad online for a $ 59 exam but I was told that is very old. The optometrist Dr. Cohen was very nice and gave an extensive exam. Staff was helpful in choosing frames but I can’t recommend this place as I feel they were not upfront about the actual cost of exam. I should have gotten it in writing prior to exam. Shame on me for trusting a this local business .Don’t let the crowds fool you.

I only have wonderful things to say about the store and staff. I was having a problem with my vision, after a though exam by Dr. Cohen, he advised me to see an opthamologist before making me new glasses. I was very impressed, when do you go into an eye glass store without getting new glasses, Dr. Cohen made the right diagnosis, we decided to wait. Jarod and Shari are both professional and caring. This is an establishment I would recommend to all.

Good selection and pretty reasonable prices. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive glasses in the store which is common in these optical boutiques.

It was crowded, so there must be something to it. But my first time there was terrible. I was asked to arrive early for my appointment in order to fill out paperwork. When I got there I was ignored for 10 minutes. Not even eye contact & a smile… Then I was told to sit and wait. No heads up that the doctor was running very late. It took me going up to the counter and interrupting the girls personal phone call to tell her that I was going to leave that she offered to try on frames while I waited for the doc. Not worth wasting my time. There’s entry of eye doctors around.

I have been going here for many years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are also very quick. Highly recommended!

Doctor Richard Bohn, and his son, Doctor Jared Bohn have had my «eyes» in their sight for many years now. They are knowledgable, professional and kind. They also run a buisness that has some of the most caring staff I’ve ever known in any establishment. They are are just terrific!
Access Optical is family owned and operated. They provide individual care and attention and take the time to really help you pick out frames that match your personality and budget. My husband, daughter and I have always been satisfied and they participate with most medical insurance plans.
We wouldn’t trust our eyes to anyone else!
