Well the store i love. Well stocked, you can do your own check out and the cashiers are nice. But Fuck the Pharmacy. I am undergoing some serious health issues and my dr. Sent my scripts here. Well the 12 year olds that work here claimed i wasn’t in the system. Then told me their computers crash all the time and aren’t reliable. What the fuck is that shit? I said well my dr. said he sent them and they acted like so fucking what. Really shitty service. I went to the other one on Bellmore Ave instead and was treated GREAT. These yo yo’s can take it deep. Never again. Toodle loo,

This CVS location has excellent staff especially in Pharmacy. Yesterday I was given antibiotics and my doctor called it in and it was ready in 20 minutes. Special thanks to Susie and Ava who were too happy to help rush the RX thru so that I was able to pick It up and get right back to work. They have tons of stock on anything you might need in a hurry as far as household items. The staff are generally polite and helpful. I’m glad they are open 24 hours in case you need something in the middle of the night. I’m so glad that they hire competent associates especially in Pharmacy area!

Wow this place can’t keep up with the patients looking to get prescriptions filled. TERRIBLE. Pls find a mom and pop retail pharmacy instead. If anyone knows of ine they like, pls recommend. On several occasions called in prescriptions aren’t received and the smug pharmacists make you think it’s b/c the doctors office never called it in. After many times of this, I talked to my physician about it. He said this was unfortunately common with them. There’s nothing worse than being sick, or having a sick child, and a doctor calls in a script, only for your pharmacy to claim they never received… Then you are the schmuck who has to track down your doctor(sometimes after hours) to have the script called in again. I’m not sure at what point the FDA or FTC get involved, but its only a matter of time until they are called out for dropping the ball when stakes are high. See my tip, always bring a paper script with you, if you have to go to this horrible pharmacy.

A great study in how not to run a retail business. Hire staffers who truly hate their jobs(e.g., talk loudly in front of customers of how miserable management is, and how they«can’t wait to get out»), and have bean counters at HQ install scanners that perfect the ultimate miserable customer experience. Second star(begrudgingly) for having a larger than usual inventory, for being open 24 hours, and for having one staffer(Mark?) who appears to give a damn.

Definitely one of the biggest CVS i’ve ever been to. Was the former location of Loehmann’s clothing store(most of you probably don’t know what that is or even remember it was even there) but is now one of the largest pharmacies in the area. Haven’t been here too many times but on my most recent visit there was one check-out person at the film counter and there was a line of about 6 people in the middle of a weekday afternoon. Calls for help were quickly answered and was out relatively quickly. Most of the time I go to Rite Aid on Newbridge but this location has a bigger selection of products so i’ll probably go here from now on.
