We had our gutter helmet installed in December. We are having a problem with one of our gutters draining and we can’t get a simple phone call back about when they are coming to fix the issue. I’ve called 3 times and they give me some ridiculius reason as to why they can’t schedule a service call. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I had sliding vinyl windows put in last fall and I have been very satisfied with them. Before I had bad drafting from my windows, but I haven’t noticed anything since. The new windows also helped with my heating bill, so yes I’m very satisfied.
I thought their quote was reasonable and they were willing to come out for installation. The installation itself wasn’t too much of a hassle for me. I was also told that they would come back to fix or ‘fine-tune’ the window if anything wasn’t right, but there were no problems.

They won’t tell you that you get charged for repairing items that are supposedly «life time warranty». Absolute pain in the neck to work with and their prices are way expensive — better off going to a big store instead.
UPDATE NOTE TO COMPANY: I have 21+ positive reviews (which is more than negative reviews I have posted, which is pretty common since strong reactions usually lead to postings on Unilocal) and I’m not even the person you think I am, which should tell everyone about the customer satisfaction you obviously leave with past customers.
Take the feedback for what it is and try and use it constructively instead of getting in an online argument with customers who had complaints.
