You just lost a star, Sears! We went in to purchase all new kitchen appliances. We knew what we wanted & had the sale price in hand(on our phone thru their website). We started with ranges. We asked for a specific one. First the lady claimed they didn’t have it. Then she claimed it was an online only purchase. Then she looked it up & saw that they did have it… for $ 130 more than listed online. WHAT!!! I told her I wanted the sale price online. She proceeded to tell me that the price online had expired. Really?!?(Always take pics)…So I showed her the price was goo thru the 15th of July, today being the 10th of July. Then she said that we couldn’t have it at that price because it was online. So I told her that was dirty business & they lacked proper customer service. As we walked off I said to my husband, «Let’s just look at the other appliances, so we know where we stand.» She overheard me & next thing you know she starts following us saying we can get a manager & we can work out a deal. Then she’s saying that we could probably get it for that price. Hahahaha!!! I told her to keep chasing because she already chased me away. She lost a huge sale for that store today & any future sales they could have gotten from us. Treat me dirty & you won’t see me again. I can buy elsewhere & I did. Just down the street was HHGregg that not only met their prices, but gave us a bigger discount & added another $ 50 on to that discount per appliance. We ended up with $ 2000 worth of appliances for $ 1200. Beat that Sears!!! And you wonder why you can’t keep your stores open.

Wow. is the best way to describe my experience. Service is obviously not important to them. I was in town for work. I don’t shop at Sears normally but a coworker and I were going to dinner, and she wanted to stop by to buy a blazer she’d been eyeing. She picked up the blazer and 2 other shirts and we walked to the closest cash wrap, only to find no one working there. We walked around the store until we found an open register. There was one girl waiting to be helped while one was being rung up. We stood behind the one waiting and then were told«um, the line is over there» by the male cashier, who pointed to the opposite side of the register(behind his back). We were like, ok… and moved even though it seemed silly. When it was our turn to be helped he scanned her 3 items and gave her the total, then realized a pen had broken in the pocket of his pants, he had an ink stain on the front. He sticks his hand in to pull out the pen and whatever else was in his pocket, and now he’s covered in ink! Brilliant! There’s nothing at the cash wrap to clean the ink off with so he keeps grabbing tissue paper and wadding it up trying to get the ink off. It’s not working. He tells us this happens to him at least once a week… nice. He asks if we want to go to another register because he’s going to have to go wash his hands and it’s going to be a while. My friend says“No, can’t I just pay?” He says no, even though he’s already given her the total, he says he can’t touch the clothes. She offers to bag them herself and the payment screen is up on the credit card machine so she begs him to let her swipe her card. He finally says ok, and hits a button at the same time she swipes her card. Apparently he hit something that entered it as cash. So now he tells her he has to return all of the merchandise and re-scan it all, or his till is going to be short. She is furious. He’s still trying to clean his hands, he starts entering the return in and he asks for her phone number. She refuses to give it to him because she’s not returning anything. I ask him, can’t he just void it? He says no he has to return it. She gets angry grabs the clothes and says she’ll go to another cash wrap. He yells after her that she can’t take those clothes they are already sold. LOL So we now have to walk around the store again to find another register. We finally locate one and there’s a line, of course. Turns out the woman trying to make a purchase has a problem with her card and the cashier is on the phone with the credit card company. We give up, leave the clothes on the counter and head to dinner. What a waste of time.

I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give this store a zero rating I would! The people here are completely incompetent. Even the store manager is a doofus. We have had countless issues with Sears, the headquarter, and online customer service. Literally, this company is junk from the inside out!!!

I don’t even know why they keep this store open. I always park at Sears because there is never anybody in their stores. My friend was looking for some shirts so we wandered around. The place was stuffed with wall to wall junk. I couldn’t even find a t-shirt that I would wear. It is very unpleasent to shop here. Almost depressing. And the employees don’t help.
