To start off with, I went to the kiosk upstairs last night by Yankee Candle. I had no idea what I was walking into all to upgrade my phone. Don’t get me wrong, I understand it’s the holiday season and as a preschool teacher have seemingly endless patience, but this really tried my patience. Fast forward to almost 40 minutes before I’m even helped. 30 of those minutes were spent ungreeted. And when I say«helped» I mean asked«what phone do you want?» Twice. The other employee, Liz, very nicely asked to help me when she was done with her customer. Once hearing I am upgrading, told me that only the other lady who just left without a word can help me. She apologized. Long story short, the lady comes back, Liz goes to lunch and comes back, I’m still there unhelped. Hour and ½ in. In the end Liz completely did my upgrade on her own. The other woman did nothing but ask me what phone I want(the note 3) and judge me with her tone of voice when I said no, to the up sell Note 4 because it makes my bill more expensive. She repeated that to a Co worker, in front of me, with a tone. Liz and Cory were awesome, friendly, and helpful. They gave great customer service and were very professional. Rant done.

I just wanted to leave a quick review. If you need T-mobile, please go to a T-mobile store. Not here. Service was very bad as the rep gave me wrong information while texting the whole time. I guess he did not want to help me spend money. I went to the Best Buy mobile store near by.
