Nice selection of beer and we enjoyed all we tasted.
In all fairness, it has been a few months since we visited Devi’s Trumpet and I hope that they have added food. When we visited you could buy a chunk of cheese (in the plastic wrapper) and jerky. We wanted to eat but it was… odd.
The pub is very nice. Quiet and well decorated. The bartender could have been a little more attentive considering there were 5 people in the bar.
I’ll be back with hopes for a 5-​star experience.

Fabulous service, got to try multiple beers. Prison Shoes was my fave, but for sure… Try Serum of Virtue! Also, newly re-​decorated and the décor is great!

This brewery is clean, affordable, and most of all, the beer is DELICIOUS!!! Every beer I tasted was excellent. Great service and great beer.

I was in town for a short business trip, so I decided to stop by and check out a local brewery. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in a really long time! I got a sample of several of their darker beers and I honestly would have been happy drinking any of them. However their Night Goat (a coffee stout) was so exceptional that I might say it’s one of the best beers I’ve ever had. So much so that I bought a couple of bottles to take home, and had to turn my carry on bag into a checked bag — and you know how bad it sucks to have to deal with that, so this is a DAM good beer to make me go through all that!
Also Chris, one of the owners/​bar tender was was awesome! Friendly, engaged everyone in the place, and seemed truely to enjoy his job and their products!
If/​when I am back in town, I will stop in guaranteed! In the mean time, I need to figure out how to get this stuff in Colorado.

Since I was in the area I thought I would stop in and try some local beers. This is a small craft brewery that has a nice taproom. The beers are well made and the service was great. I’m sure when I return this place will be much bigger.

Great name and great beer! The atmosphere is very chill and inviting. Service is friendly and willing to recommend beers. I had the Night Goat (coffee stout) and Space Caravan (IPA) and was very pleased with both. No food right now but given how good the beer is, it’s worth the trip!

This place deserves a 6 Star rating! The beer is out-​of-​this-​world! So nice to have a local brewery with a variety of different beers! Can only imagine how phenomenal the food will be once the kitchen is finalized. For now, there are local food trucks that stop by to share local fare and delicious bar «food». If you haven’t stopped in yet, make a point to to do so soon. The staff is friendly and helpful in navigating through the menu so you can select one or several of the «Ales for the Divine».

Wow farmhouse ale is really good and folks are friendly, highly recommended
If is a little tricky to find but make a stop after the mall to relieve stress

Must try the My Ghetto! We tried 5 different beers and this was by far the best. The atmosphere is OK. There wasn’t much to talk about. The prices were very good. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood!

Great beer and very friendly staff. Some unique beers all with lots of flavor. They have there regular beers always on tap and often have new beers to try. Definitely worth your while to stop in if your in the Merrillville area. They also have a nice size outdoor patio in the summer. You can bring in your own food to eat or eat from a food truck that is frequently around from Hungry Inc. Conveniently located right off 30 near the bowling ally

Stopped in the brewery for a couple of growlers for Father’s Day. The bartender was very friendly and the bar was packed ! I was very impressed by the out side patio is big and has lots of tables, great for a party !

A must stop when you’re in NWI! You won’t be disappointed!

Nice little brewery! Had some time to kill before going to Albanese’s Candy Co so we stopped in to check the place out. I ordered a Flight of the 11 on tap and was pleasantly surprised. I did enjoy the vanilla bean night goat (vanilla bean coffee flavor) most of all, and the My Ghetto was a very nice easy drinking hoppy beer. The staff was very courteous and seemed like a bunch of great guys!

Nice selection of craft beer, I really liked the farmhouse gypsy. We’re coming back when it’s warmer out and chilling in the outdoor seating area.

While passing through Merrillville on our way to the candy factory, we decided to see if there were any breweries in the area. Located not too far off I-​65, we found this nice little spot. I’m sitting here now enjoying some My Ghetto and Farmhouse Gypsy while deciding which bombers to buy for home. Reasonably priced, super friendly staff, and enjoyed all of the 4 beers my fiancé and I tried. Definitely will be back!

They have a great selection just depends on your taste you won’t be disappointed, I pick up two growlers every time I am able to get up there! its clean& you can actually have a conversation & hear each other ! It’s a great addition to the region!

A coworker told me about this place and said it’s right down the street from me. 6 months later, 3 different bombers and a jillion howler refills and the beer is flowing more… 4 more tappers they just added and until they have the kitchen up, the food trucks that come by all the time are as good at food as DT is at beer.
Good environment. Great beer and doesn’t cost an arm n a leg. The owners and brewer’s are always around to tell you about the beers and what’s goin on.
My favorites are My Ghetto and Make It a Cheeseburger with Yoga Pants, Black Mastermind and Night Goat following. It’s better than a bar because it’s a brewery.
