I had two previous lawn care services, but was not satisfied with weed control. I decided to give TruGreen a try. This company has managed to give me a healthy, green lawn with much better weed control results. Their specialists are courteous and knowledgeable. They spend the time to educate the customer on how to get the best possible results. They come out as often as necessary to keep your lawn healthy and weed free, and they never show up at your house without notifying you in advance. We are in our second season with TruGreen, and the difference is amazing. I am so glad I switched companies!

Service over the phone has really improved! Also their technicians are really helpful and answer your questions. My lawn has improved a great deal over the last year, weeds are all but eliminated as well.
I’ve crunched the numbers and its cheaper for me to pay them to fertilize than buy it myself at the store and get mediocre results.
My only problem is this. My neighbor is a customer as well. They will service his lawn one day, and mine the next. It annoys me that I have to pay and their route planning is so poor and inefficient that I’m paying for extra fuel costs.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
We prepaid for the entire year. The guy said someone would be out in a week. At the end of the first week, I called to find out when someone was coming. They said the next week. At the end of the 2nd week I called to see when someone was coming. They said the next week. You can see the pattern. This went on for FOUR WEEKS and each week I’d see their truck drive by and through my town. Then I called and canceled them. I’ve never received service so awful for a job that was already paid in full. They’re always full of apologies when you call, too. Worse. Service. Ever.
