Vision Point

Well I took 2 children there because I heard they were awesome. .The kids said the dr was hip and really liked him which helps get them willing to go. .afterwards not so much. .They said 2 to 2 ½ weeks for their glasses to come in. .It took over 3 weeks. When we went there we noticed one sons glares were way to small the girl said they were fine. .They came home I saw them and realized they were way to small. They didn’t even cover his eyes and when it was mentioned it should have been resolved .I did call and she said come pick a new pair we will see how that goes. .my other son could not even see through his. .The girl checked and said they got the prescription very wrong they have to go back so now we wait again. .nobody had glasses yet and we are going on an month. .If they fix the problem I will return to post but so far very dissatisfied but they were nice until I called about the small glasses. .we will see!
