Without an appointment, I stopped in to get a state inspection. They fit me in and started right away. The mechanic saw an issue and brought me into the garage. He clearly explained to me that I had a seized caliper and showed me that my wheel didn’t turn as easily as the other. He also explained to me that further complications, such as worn brake pads, could be a problem if I didn’t fix it. I agreed to replace the caliper. They gave me an accurate estimate of when it would be done and finished in time. The staff were all very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here and letting other people know about this place.

Absolutely Terrible experience! I brought my vehicle there for a simple state inspection knowing that they had «no appointment» service. It was very convenient to have to not make an appointment and they got me in right away, great right? 5 min later a guy comes in and tells me that all 4 brakes need to be replaced… All 4??? Hmm okay I said I would love to take a look. We go out to the garage and not a single tire was off the vehicle. He shines the flashlight on the back side of the rotors and says «see these are not safe they have grooves in them.» I inspect the brakes and let the gentleman know I disagree. He says «I’m a mechanic sir I know you need all new brakes.» I have seen and inspected brakes that were 5 times more «grooved» then this. I know that he is trying to get a job out of me although in our disagreement he specifically states that he is not interested in the work. He states it’s about him not passing the car and then me going and hitting someone because my brakes fail. After 10 minutes and 3 other people looking over the brakes and being to scared to stand up to their boss and say that they would pass the car he denies my inspection. I wish I could upload a picture of the «grooved» rotors so that you can see how pathetic his attempt at getting me to do work there was. I would never recommend bringing your car to a place like this. They will attempt to convince anyone that your car has blinker fluid for a quick buck (although they say they are mechanics. rest assured blinker fluid is not a real thing, although D&W auto will try to sell it to you) Please stay away!!! Go anywhere but here to get your vehicle looked at or ANY work done.
