Once again I’m reminded of why I hate this store. I order a medium hot hazelnut coffee regular. The cup was marked with a sharpie as I ordered it. Received my coffee, paid and left the drive thru. When I took my first sip it was wrong, pulled the cover off and it was black. I was already on my way to work and I couldn’t go back for them to fix it. Idiots. I won’t ever be back. I literally past 5 dunks on the way to work.

I had a bad experience at this Dunkins while on my lunch break from work. I went to the drive thru and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. There could not have been a manager on duty that day. I could hear the employees acting loud and obnoxious. One employee yelled to another that he was makin a bagel for grandma(meaning me) when I took my bagel out of the bag it was covered in slime. I went back to the drive thru to return it and was greeted with more rudeness and no apologies. This place does not even deserve 1 star.

I come here purely out of convenience but it’s not the best Dunks that I have ever been to but they usually get my order right. I’ve had to go back a few times to get things changed. There’s a bunch of young kinds that work here so I’m sure the lack of actual adults allows them to slack off more than they should. It’s also a pretty convenient place to stop if you’re getting off the highway going south. If you’re going north, don’t bother. There’s a toll!

No star, this place is disgustingly filthy and the teenagers that work there are super rude and idiotic .no customer service what so ever. never going there again. one should call the health department and close the joint down.

I gave this establishment one star because it wouldn’t let me give it less! Horrible service not one thank you was received during my order which totaled $ 30. Made a phone call after and was spoken to by the rudest young girl she should be fired and would be if I were her boss! Customer service is a must get with the program!

After three visits to this store I have yet to have a good cup of coffee. Today I had a burnt and bitter beginning to my day. My third and last time going there. I’m heading to Hot Rize Café next time… don’t waste your money or time here.

I would like to know why this particular store is unable to make a vanilla chai that isn’t 2⁄3 foam and 1⁄3 liquid. Every other DD can make it so I get a full cup of chai with some foam on top. Disgraceful!
