Ralph said «I’ll tell you if we can’t do the job.» Guess not in my case. The tech sent to our home admitted he didn’t know anything about fixing a garage door opener, that he was a carpenter. I knew then that I should have called an electrician. I think the company can probably handle the basics but just realize that you pay the price even if they can’t fix the problem… a big price. Save yourself some agravation and call a service that specializes in the repair you need. It may be more expensive initially, but it will save you time and money in the long run, and stress as well.
