Chase

This branch is in our local Dominicks, where we do most of our grocery shopping, and the staff at this location is GREAT. They are very friendly and helpful, and they will go the extra mile to make things happen. When I was handling some family matters I ran into roadblocks that seemed insurmountable. I don’t know what I would have done without Yolanda and Bill. They were very professional and also compassionate. The other associates at this location are also very nice to work with. They return phone calls promptly, they follow up, and if they don’t have an immediate answer they find someone who does. We have been dealing with Chase for years, and some branches are friendlier than others, but this is the best.
