Poor, poor customer service regardless of account balances and being a member since I was a child. In my 6+ years using the drive-thru, I’ve never once been greeted before I’ve sent in my transaction. When seeing someone inside and you’re told they’ll follow up, you never receive a call. Majority of the employees seem as though they hate their job and interacting with the public. No one smiles or seems fully engaged. I’ve worked in the financial industry with two other institutions since graduating college in 2010 and the way KSCFCU conducts its retail side is like no other. Unfortunately, it’s for the worst.
